Tony Chiodo
Tony Chiodo was apprenticed at Mietta’s in Melbourne before studying at La Guida Italiana di Cucina in Milano and working in some of Italy’s top restaurants.
He began his journey into natural foods after studying ayurveda and yoga overseas., after a stint at Wild Rice Wholefoods Café, he embarked on his own adventure with Café Angelica in Kew.
He went on to qualify as a macrobiotic and Wholefoods teacher at the Kushi Institute, Boston, and through his Eating Well programs, and regular articles in The Age’s Epicure, has inspired others to integrate natural foods into their daily lives.
His recipes have also appeared in Vogue Entertaining and Travel, Vogue Living and Australian Gourmet Traveler, The Age Vegetarian Book, The Age Seafood Book and his recently released title ‘Eating Well’.

Helen Goodwin, ND
Helen Goodwin is an experienced lecturer and Naturopath, who has been running workshops and courses in both Melbourne and her native England since 1998.
Helen has a very practical view towards eating well and understands the challenges that most people face when looking to improve their food choices.
Through lecturing and teaching, Helen has developed a unique way of communicating complex nutritional viewpoints, into easy to digest and useful knowledge.
Her classes are delivered with warmth and humour, whilst providing exceptional support and information.
Helen is currently lecturing in Melbourne, delivering cooking and nutrition workshops and running a private practice.
She also has a regular column in the Australian Natural Health Magazine and is studying a professional extension in Botanical Medicine.
